He used to serve positions such as Party committee member and Deputy General Manager of CMET, Chairman of CMCR Holdings Co., Ltd.,General Manager of Guangxi Huatong, Guiwu, Guixing, Guilin Port Highway Expressway Co., Ltd， Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of Guangxi Liugui Highway Transportation Co., Ltd.. He has been serving as Director of CMET since December 2022.
