She served as the deputy financial director of China Merchants Expressway Network & Technology Holdings Co., general manager of finance department and member of Discipline Inspection Commission of Sinotrans Co., Ltd.

He is a senior engineer, graduated from Chang'an University, majoring in mechanical design and theory, with a master's degree.
