Mr. Song graduated from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. He currently serves as Chairman of China Merchants Expressway Co., Ltd. (CMET), and holds the positions of Deputy General Manager and General Counsel of China Merchants Group (CMG). He used to serve as Executive Director and General Manager of Sinotrans Co., Ltd.，General Manager of China Merchants Logistics Group Co., Ltd., Executive Director and General Manager of Sinotrans Shandong Co., Ltd., General Manager of the Operations Department of Sinotrans Co., Ltd., and Vice President of Sinotrans Container Lines Co., Ltd.

Mr. Yang is a Professor-level Senior Engineer. He graduated from the School of Highways, Chang'an University and obtained a Doctor's degree in Road and Railway Engineering. Currently, he serves as Party Committee Secretary, Director and General Manager of CMET. He concurrently serves as Vice Chairman of Guangxi Wuzhou Communications Co., Ltd.; Director of Anhui Expressway Co., Ltd.; Director of Zhejiang Expressway Co., Ltd.; Vice Chairman of Shanxi Transportation Holdings Group Co., Ltd.; Council Member of the Editorial Board of China Communications Yearbook; and Executive Vice Chairman of the Expressway Operation Management Branch, China Highway and Transportation Society (CHTS). He used to serve many positions as: Deputy General Manager of CMET; Chairman of China Merchants CREC Holdings Limited; Chairman of Guangxi Guixing Expressway Investment & Construction Co., Ltd.; Chairman of Guangxi Guiwu Expressway (Guiyang Section) Investment & Construction Co., Ltd.; Chairman of Guangxi Huatong Expressway Co., Ltd.; Chairman of Guilin Port Construction Expressway Co., Ltd.; Vice Chairman and General Manager of Guangxi Liugui Expressway Operation Co., Ltd.; General Manager of Guangxi Huatong Expressway Co., Ltd., Guangxi Guiwu Expressway Co., Ltd., Guangxi Guixing Expressway Co., Ltd. and Guilin Port Construction Expressway Co., Ltd.

Mr. Zhang graduated from Chongqing University with a Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Science and Engineering. He currently serves as Chairman of China Merchants Chongqing Communications Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (CMCT). He used to serve as Deputy Director of the Strategic Development Department and the Science & Technology Innovation Department, CMG; Vice President of China Merchants Research Institute of Advanced Technology Co., Ltd.; Assistant to the General Manager of CMCT and General Manager of the Development Research Department of CMCT; and General Manager，Deputy General Manager of Chongqing IntelliPave Technology Engineering Co., Ltd.

Mr. Cai graduated from Nankai University with a Bachelor's Degree in Auditing. He currently serves as Full-time External Director appointed by CMG. He used to serve as Chief Financial Officer of China Merchants Health Industry Holding Co., Ltd.; Deputy Director of the Health Industry Division of CMG; Financial Controller of China Merchants HOI TUNG Trading Co., Ltd.; Head of the Audit Center of China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited; Chief Accountant of COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.; Deputy General Manager of the Finance Department of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company; Deputy Managing Director and Finance Manager of COSCO (UK) Co., Ltd.; Director of the Audit Office, Supervision Department of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company.

Mr. Xue was awarded a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Software Engineering from Jilin University. He currently serves as Full-time External Director appointed by China Merchants Group (CMG). He used to serve as Deputy Director of the Management Committee, China Merchants Zhangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone (CMETDZ)；Assistant to the Director of the General Office and Director of the Policy Research and Documentation Division, CMG; Director of the Secretarial & Documentation Division of the General Office of CMG; Chief Secretary to the General Manager of CMG; Chief Secretary to the Director of the General Office, CMG; and Deputy Section Chief of the Culture and Tourism Development Bureau (Publicity Department of the Party Committee), China Merchants Zhangzhou Development Zone (CMZD).

Mr.Wang graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Metal Materials and Heat Treatment, as well as Technical Economics. After that, Graduate Program in Business Administration, Sichuan Provincial Institute of Business Administration. He currently serves as Vice President of Shudao Capital Holding Group Co., Ltd. He used to serve as Director of Board Secretary Office、Deputy Manager of Operation Management Department and Deputy Managerof Toll Department of Sichuan Expressway Company Limited, Supervisor of Sichuan Shuxia Industrial Co., Ltd.

Mr.Wang graduated from Civil Aviation University of China and obtained Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation. He also studied Political Economics at Renmin University of China and obtained Master's degree in Economics. He is currently the Executive Director of the Infrastructure and Real Estate Investment Center and the Vice Chairman of Financial Products Distribution Committee of Taikang Asset Management Co., Ltd. He used to work as Analyst, Investment Manager, Senior Investment Manager, Investment Director, Executive Director of Taikang Asset Management Co., Ltd.

Mr. Cao is a Senior Expert on financial policy and a Leading Figure in China's think tanks. He graduated from Xiamen University and obtained Bachelor's degree in Economics, and then studied at Renmin University of China and Peking University, obtained Master's degree and Doctor's degree in Economics respectively. He is currently the Director-General of the Moganshan Institute, Director-General of the League of Nations (Silk Road Industry and Finance),the Vice President of the China Society of Economic System Reform(CSER),and the Director of the Chinese Society of Finance. He used to serve as Director and Deputy Director-General of the Department of Fiscal and Financial Affairs of National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China(NDRC),and Director-General of International Cooperation and Opening Up Center, and Deputy Secretary of the China Center for International Economic Exchanges(affiliates of NDRC).

Ms. Shen is a Senior Accountant. She graduated from Anhui Finance & Trade Vocational College, majored in planning statistics, and then gained EMBA at China's Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.She currently serves as Independent Non-executive Director of Chongqing Taiji Industry (Group) Co., Ltd., and Independent Non-executive Director, Huadian Power International Corporation Limited. She used to serve as a Party Committee Member and Chief Accountant of State Development &Investment Group Co., Ltd(SDIC),Chief Accountant of China Minmetals Corporation,Deputy General Manager & General Manager, Finance Headquarters, China National Minerals Import & Export Corporation,and Deputy General Manager, Minmetals Finance Company Limited.

Mr.Zhou graduated from Dalian Maritime University and obtained Master's degree in International Law. He used to Executive Vice President of COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., President of COSCO SHIPPING West Asia Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of COSCO Logistics Co., Ltd.,  Deputy General Manager of COSCO Shipping International Freight Co., Ltd., and  Researcher of General Office of the Ministry of Transport、Deputy Division Director of Safety Supervision Bureau of the Ministry of Transport.  

Mr.Li is a research fellow and professor level Senior Engineer. He graduated from Tongji University and obtained Bachelor's degree in Highway and Urban Road, and then studied in Tongji University with Master's degree in Road Engineering, and gained Doctor's degree of Management Science and Engineering from Beihang University. He is currently PhD Supervisor, and Dean of China Transportation Institute at Tongji University. He is Secretary-general of the Expert Committee of China Highway & Transportation Society, a Leading Figure in the area of international highway technology management. He served as Deputy Director-General of the Comprehensive Planning Department and President of Transport Planning and Research Institute under MOT.
