Mr.Bai is a professor level Senior Engineer. He graduated from Department of Hydraulic and Hydro-power Engineering of Tianjin University and obtained Bachelor's degree in Port and Waterway Engineering. He later graduated from Wuhan University of Technology and Shanghai Maritime University and obtained Master's degree in Management Science and Engineering, Doctor's degree in Transportation Planning and Management respectively. He is currently Secretary of Party Committee as well as Chairman of CMET. Previously, he served a variety of positions such as Assistant Engineer of Water Transport Planning and Design Institute under Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China（MOT）, Principal Staff Member of Engineering Management Department and Infrastructure Management Department of MOT, Deputy Director and Director of Infrastructure Management Division and Water Transport Division of MOT, Deputy General Manager of Zhangzhou China Merchants Development Zone Co., Ltd., as well as Head of Zhangzhou Port Administration, Deputy Director-General of Xiamen Port Authority and Executive Deputy Commander of Xiamen Haicang Bonded Zone, Deputy General Manager of China Merchants Holdings (International) Co., Ltd. , Secretary of Party Committee and Executive Deputy Director of Management Committee of China Merchants Zhangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of Zhangzhou China Merchants Economic and Technological Development Zone (CMZD)，Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of Liaoning Port Group Co., Ltd., Vice Chairman & CEO and Secretary of Party Committee of China Merchants Port Group Co., Ltd.

Mr.Yang is a professor level Senior Engineer. He graduated from School of Highways, Chang'an University and obtained Doctor's degree majored in Road and Railway Engineering. Currently, he serves as Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of CMET. He used to serve positions such as Party committee member and Deputy General Manager of CMET, Chairman of CMCR Holdings Co., Ltd., Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of Guangxi Liugui Highway Transportation Co., Ltd.，General Manager of Guangxi Huatong, Guiwu, Guixing, Guilin Port Highway Expressway Co., Ltd. He has been serving as Director of CMET since December 2022.

Mr.Liu is an expert obtaining the Government Special Allowance of the State Council. He graduated from Tongji University majored in Structural Engineering and obtained Doctor's degree in Engineering. Currently, he serves as Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of China Merchants Chongqing Communications Technology Research & Design Institute Co., Ltd. He has previously held positions as Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy General Manager of Zhangzhou China Merchants Development Zone Co., Ltd., Deputy Party Secretary and Executive Vice President of China Merchants Chongqing Communications Technology Research& Design Institute Co., Ltd., Secretary of the Committee and Deputy General Manager of China Merchants Property Development Co., Ltd.，Head Of a Department of Human Resources and of General Committee Office of China Merchants Group，Deputy Party Secretary，General Secretary，Director，Executive Deputy General Manager(General Manager Level)of China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings Co., Ltd. He has been serving as Director of CMET since December 2022.

Mr.Kou graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and obtained Master's degree in Monetary and Banking. Currently, he serves as Full-time External Director appointed by China Merchants Group Ltd(CMG).Previously, he served a variety of positions such as Deputy Director, Director, Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager of the Audit Department of CMG, Deputy Head of Risk Management Department and of Audit Department of CMG. He has been Director of CMET since January 2023.

Mr.Tian graduated from of Tongji University and obtained Master's degree in Environmental Engineering. Currently, he serves as Full-time External Director appointed by CMG. He has previously held various positions such as Senior Staff Member, Principal Staff Member, Section Chief, Deputy Director, and Discipline Inspection Commission Member of Urban Management Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality. Director-General of Management Office of Shenzhen International Garden & Flower Expo Park, Consultant, Director-General, Deputy Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Urban Management Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, Secretary of Party Committee and Director-General of City Park Management Center, Senior Vice President of Guangzhou Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd., Deputy Director of Party Committee Office of CMG, Deputy General Manager, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission of Shenzhen Merchants Ping’an Asset Management Co., Ltd., Deputy Head of Industrial Development Department/Business Coordination Department of CMG. He has been Director of CMET since January 2023.

Mr.Wang graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and obtained Bachelor's degree in Metal Materials and Heat Treatment, as well as Technical Economics. After that, he gained MBA degree from Sichuan Technology and Business University. He is currently the Deputy General Manager of Shudao Capital Holding Group Co., Ltd. Mr.Wang used to serve as Deputy Manager of Toll Department, Deputy Manager of Operation Management Department, and Director of the Board Office of Sichuan Expressway Co., Ltd.，Supervisor of Sichuan Shu Xia Industrial Co., Ltd. He has been Director of CMET since December 2022.

Mr.Wang graduated from Civil Aviation University of China and obtained Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation. He also studied Political Economics at Renmin University of China and obtained Master's degree in Economics. He is currently the Executive Director of the Infrastructure and Real Estate Investment Center and the Vice Chairman of Financial Products Distribution Committee of Taikang Asset Management Co., Ltd. He used to work as Analyst, Investment Manager, Senior Investment Manager, Investment Director, Executive Director of Taikang Asset Management Co., Ltd. He has been Director of CMET since December 2022.

Mr.Ou graduated from Chongqing Technology and Business University and obtained Bachelor's degree in Economics. He is currently Deputy General Manager of Chongqing Yufu Investment Co., Ltd. He used to work as General Management Department Secretary of Chongqing Office of China Huarong Asset Management Company Co., Ltd., as well as Secretary of General Management Department, Board Secretary and Regional Manager of Marketing Department of Chongqing Automobile Finance Co., Ltd., Head of the Fund Operation Department I and IV of Chongqing Yufu Capital Private Equity Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of Chongqing Yufu Capital Private Equity Co., Ltd. He has been Director of CMET since December 2022.

Mr. Cao is a Senior Expert on financial policy and a Leading Figure in China's think tanks. He graduated from Xiamen University and obtained Bachelor's degree in Economics, and then studied at Renmin University of China and Peking University, obtained Master's degree and Doctor's degree in Economics respectively. He is currently the Director-General of the Moganshan Institute, Director-General of the League of Nations (Silk Road Industry and Finance),the Vice President of the China Society of Economic System Reform(CSER),and the Director of the Chinese Society of Finance. He used to serve as Director and Deputy Director-General of the Department of Fiscal and Financial Affairs of National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China(NDRC),and Director-General of International Cooperation and Opening Up Center, and Deputy Secretary of the China Center for International Economic Exchanges(affiliates of NDRC). He has been Independent Director of CMET since December 2022.

Ms. Shen is a Senior Accountant. She graduated from Anhui Finance & Trade Vocational College, majored in planning statistics, and then gained EMBA at China's Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. She used to serve as Deputy General Manager of Finance Company，Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Finance Department, and Chief Accountant of China Minmetals Corporation. After that, she was a Party Committee Member and Chief Accountant of State Development &Investment Group Co., Ltd(SDIC). She has been Independent Director of CMET since December 2022.

Mr.Zhou graduated from Dalian Maritime University and obtained Master's degree in International Law. He used to be Deputy Director of the Safety Supervision Department, Consultant of the General Office of Ministry of Transport(MOT),Deputy General Manager of COSCO Shipping International Freight Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of COSCO Logistics Co., Ltd., General Manager of COSCO West Asia Company, Vice President of COSCO Shipping (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. He has been Independent Director of CMET since December 2022.

Mr.Li is a research fellow and professor level Senior Engineer. He graduated from Tongji University and obtained Bachelor's degree in Highway and Urban Road, and then studied in Tongji University with Master's degree in Road Engineering, and gained Doctor's degree of Management Science and Engineering from Beihang University. He is currently PhD Supervisor, and Dean of China Transportation Institute at Tongji University. He is Secretary-general of the Expert Committee of China Highway & Transportation Society, a Leading Figure in the area of international highway technology management. He served as Deputy Director-General of the Comprehensive Planning Department and President of Transport Planning and Research Institute under MOT. He has been Independent Director of CMET since December 2022.
